SLACKBOARD CLASSES (see monthly calendar for class schedule)
Feet, Ankles, Toes with the SlackBoard:
A 30 minute class specifically targeting the strengthening and stretching of your feet, ankles and toes. This class will involve a lot of one-legged and other balance exercises. We will be using SlackBoards and balance props. Poles will be provided for additional support as needed.
Issues in the lower back and hips often begin with misalignment and weakness in the feet, ankles and toes. Not only will you strengthen your lower extremities to help prevent injuries and falls, but you will get more out of your other exercise routines, even walking!

Mat Pilates with the SlackBoard:
Up your Pilates Mat practice! We will be using the SlackBoard as our main prop in this 45 minute mat class, adding a balance element to our Matwork. The class will incorporate classic mat moves with both supine and standing balance exercises. Poles will be provided for support as needed. This class is not recommended for beginners. $38 cash, AppleCash or check / $43 credit card or PayPal
REQUIRED FOR CLASSES:
In order to keep the slack lines clean, please bring or wear:
CLEAN SOCKS: preferably grip socks
A HAND TOWEL: (the size up from a wash cloth!)
TOWER class rate per person:

Tower classes are 45 minutes and can accommodate 5 people.
*Class rates include 4.5% sales tax except for credit card payments.
Cancellation Policy (no exceptions):
The studio has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all classes and sessions.
If you cancel within the 24 hour period you are responsible for payment.
NEW TO PILATES? Please note: If you have never done Pilates, it is required that you schedule a private session (of any length) before joining a TOWER class. Please see "Private Pilates" page for details. It helps to be familiar with the equipment and to know the breath work and cues to get the most out of your class!
