 CANCELLATIONS/LATENESS

• ALL group classes and private/semi-private appointments, with the exception of breast cancer clients, are subject to a 24 HOUR ADVANCE cancellation policy or payment is required.
  
• Lateness for Group Classes: Please feel free to quietly join the class if you are running late!
  
• ​Lateness for Private sessions: If you are running more than 5 minutes late for a 30 minute session, or more than 15 minutes late for a 55 minute session, it will be considered a late cancel and payment will be required.
  

 PAYMENT

• ​Red Hook Pilates accepts cash, checks, credit cards, AppleCash and PayPal for Pilates classes or private sessions
• Red Hook Pilates's rates include 4.5% sales tax except for credit card payments
  
• ​Red Hook Pilates DOES NOT accept: bank transfers or coupons (i.e. GymPass, Class Pass, etc.)
  
• Red Hook Pilates DOES NOT accept payments through Venmo or Zelle. 
  
• Red Hook Pilates DOES NOT offer packages for classes or private sessions 
  

 RESCHEDULING

  If you have confirmed your Private/Semi-Private Session or have RSVP'd for a class AND THEN need to reschedule (BUT are 

  outside of the 24 hour cancellation window) there is:

         -a $5 fee for rescheduling a class

         -a $10 fee to reschedule a Private or Semi-Private session
