     TO PAY $22 through AppleCash, please include your phone number when you RSVP and you will be sent a

      request for payment by text.

     *RSVP deadline: 10pm for next morning classes!

    3) CLASS LINK:

      Once your payment is made, you will receive an email with a Zoom LINK to join the class.

      The link will be sent after the 10pm RSVP deadline the evening before class.

   THINGS TO KNOW FOR CLASSES

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all in-person classes and private/semi-private sessions.

  *  If you have any injuries or physical concerns, please let me know when you RSVP.

  *  Please follow the RSVP cut-off times.

  *  I am not able to answer emails/texts within the hour before class times while I am preparing to teach.

  *  ZOOM classes will open 5 minutes prior to the start time so you can join early, check your settings, ask questions, etc.

  *  If something feels too challenging, leave it out!

  *  Please read THE SMALL PRINT disclaimer below!

 Props ARE REQUIRED if noted in the class title/description.

  The ZOOM MAT CLASS requires that you have a Pilates mat or 2 yoga mats doubled for comfort, and a

  yoga block or rolled towel if possible. It is recommended that you have a small exercise ball (see below):

  There are a variety of small exercise/stability balls available. Be sure to get one that

 CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL IN-PERSON CLASSES is 24 hours advance notice. NO EXCEPTIONS.
