FRIDAYS / rsvp by 10pm evening before

  • Mat Pilates, 9 - 9:45AM

Props are NOT REQUIREDfor the regular Mat classes.

  Props ARE REQUIRED for:

  • Mat with Props class on Wednesday mornings, but you can modify without them. Please have a small 7-9" stability/exercise ball, a Theraband and a 36" foam roller.

Small stability ball:(approx. $6-12) There are a variety of small  exercise/stability balls available. Be sure to get one that is 9” diameter. Suggestion: https://www.amazon.com/URBNFit-Mini-Pilates-Ball-Stretching/dp/B072JZL6GQ/ref=sr_1_12?crid=3LYM3TGADPNIX&dchild=1&keywords=stability+balls+for+exercise&qid=1604190483&sprefix=stability+ball%2Caps%2C165&sr=8-12

Foam Yoga block (or large book!): (approx. $4-10) There are a ton of yoga blocks out there, but this set is basic and inexpensive. If you prefer something else, just be sure to get one that is 9”x6”x4”. Suggestion: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JN98R47/

36” Foam Roller:(approx. $20-50) The high density roller is very solid and will give your muscles a great massage. If you have more sensitive muscles and bones, you may prefer a medium or soft density roller. I prefer the OPTP brand, but you can probably find less expensive ones.

   High Density: https://www.amazon.com/ProsourceFit-Density-Therapy-Balance-Exercises/dp/B00ED3GIV0/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=36+foam+roller&qid=1604190292&sr=8-6

   Soft Density: https://www.amazon.com/OPTP-PRO-ROLLER-Soft-Foam-Roller/dp/B00E9B87FG/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=36+foam+roller+soft&qid=1604190407&sr=8-5

Thera-band: (single band approx. $6) Please get a single Thera-band in GREEN. They are different colors depending on the weighted resistance of the band and I find the green weight the most useful.  https://www.amazon.com/TheraBand-Professional-Resistance-Individual-Intermediate/dp/B0764DLVN6/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=theraband+green+band&qid=1604191016&sr=8-6

Foot massage ball: ($6) Approx. 1 1/2"in diameter with a nubby surface made by SureFoot FootRubz. You can also use a golf ball or something of a simialr size. https://www.amazon.com/Due-North-Massage-Plantar-Fasciitus/dp/B002QEY6NK/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=foot+rubz&qid=1604191108&sr=8-2
