The monthly Saturday class is back - except it will now be on Sundays!

Deep stretching-Breathwork-Foam Rolling

First class:Sunday, September 23, 1:30-2:45pm

RSVP required / class limited to 8 people / $24

NEW! YOUTH STRETCH CLASS (ages 11 and up)

Kids will learn how to do focused stretches and how to do some basic exercises properly (i.e. sit-ups, push-ups, planks) to avoid injury, along with some basic anatomy. This class is especially good for active kids, kids who play sports and/or are athletic.

Sessions will be a group of 4 classes, Wednesdays, 4-4:45pm

First session: 9/12, 9/19, 9/26, 10/6

One-time registration fee $10

Session fee $80 (4 classes)

Sessions must be paid for in advance

Classes are limited to 10 kids
