All Pilates classes and Sara's yoga must be rsvp'd to at least on hour before the start time.
Walk-ins are welcome as long as there are at least two participants. Tracy's yoga is rsvp preferred.

MAT PILATES and ROLLER COMBO, all levels ($22) We'll do a 30 minute mat class followed by 45 minutes of using the foam roller & massage balls with gentle stretching & breathing exercises to help release tension, sooth muscle tightness, invigorate and rehydrate your fascial tissue for the second part of class. You will feel worked-out and rejuvenated when you leave.

Please note that all new clients must complete a waiver at their first visit to the studio.
The yoga instructors are not employed by Red Hook Pilates, but rent space to teach their classes and work independently.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for classes (if no one shows by the start time class may be cancelled)
