Our meditation will focus on mindfulness of the breath, body, mind and mentality. Starting with the breath,
this practice grounds you in the present moment and helps to increase feelings of calmness and wellbeing.
This class is suitable for students of any level and no prior meditation experience is necessary.

*Jen's classes are currently a combination of Classic and Modern.
This class follows a traditional approach and mat routine as designed by Joseph Pilates. We will do
a combination of breathing, stretching, and movement to improve your body alignment, muscle tone, core strength,
balance and flexibility. It's repetitive, but it works!
Modern mat Pilates uses props such as the foam roller, stability balls, yoga blocks, the Theraband
and the Pilates circle to add resistance and balance challenges to the exercises. The props can often enhance the
intensity of the workout. It incorporates the same Pilates principles, but flows more loosely than the traditional mat class.
