Sunday morning Slow-Burn Vinyasa: Ignite the core and work the breath to go deeper into your practice. Play with your edges during a slow flow of asana that develop intelligent and compassionate mind-body connections. Create energy that heals the body and eases the brain! All levels welcome.
MORNING FLOW with TRACY: Take some time for yourself and begin your Friday with a yoga practice that will warm your body and calm your mind. This class will incorporate restorative postures, breath work, meditation and alignment based flow to bring joy and mindfulness to your morning. With safety and joint health in mind, we will focus on the basics while incorporating some more challenging poses for seasoned practitioners. Greet the sun with your body, mind and spirit.

*Jen's classes are currently a combination of Classic and Modern and the 30 minute Intensive is not on the schedule, but may come back.
CLASSIC MAT: This class follows a traditional approach and mat routine as designed by Joseph Pilates. We will do a combination of breathing, stretching, and movement to improve your body alignment, muscle tone, core strength, balance and flexibility. It's repetitive, but it works!
MODERN MAT: Modern mat Pilates uses props such as the foam roller, stability balls, yoga blocks, the Theraband and the Pilates circle to add resistance and balance challenges to the exercises. The props can often enhance the intensity of the workout. It incorporates the same Pilates principles, but flows more loosely than the traditional mat class.
30 Minute INTENSIVE: The 30 minute classes will pack the hour class into a fast paced workout. These classes will move faster, so some experience is helpful, but not necessary. Get you heart rate up and sweat a little!
